After selecting the candidates you wish to recontact, click on "Start WhatsApp Conversation" to initiate communication.
As the next step, select the job for which you want your candidates to apply. After selecting the job post, you click on Start WhatsApp Conversation.
This feature automatically sends personalized messages to the selected candidates via WhatsApp, making it incredibly easy to start the conversation and gauge their interest in the open position. Once the messages are sent, Engagement of the candidate will appear as Pending.
