After selecting the candidates you wish to recontact, click on "Start WhatsApp Conversation" to initiate communication.
Once the candidates start to engage with the WhatsApp chat, engagement tag of the candidates will follow:
- Chat open: Candidates who opened the WhatsApp chat, but not responded yet
- Chatting: Candidates who opened the WhatsApp chat and are responding/responded to our WhatsApp AI Assistant
- Applied: Candidates who applied to the relevant job post
