The Talent Acquisition module allows us to sponsor job posts on numerous platforms from a single account without creating separate accounts or signing contracts with each platform. It helps me to increase candidate conversion rate because it integrates AI into the job post creation process, allowing me to create more engaging job posts. The job posts section lets me see all essential and premium job posts. Essential job posts are those that are not urgent, while premium job posts are more urgent and needs budget allocation. At any time, I can move essential job posts to premium, thereby using up the dedicated budget. You can purchase a certain number of job posts, such as packages, or opt for unlimited ones, based on performance.
