Hiring Manager Collaboration

Within our Talent Management module, we have the collaboration module between HR and Hiring Managers which speeds up the entire collaboration process, and is used in large enterprises, especially large retail chains with many dispersed stores. With this module, each corporate HR team can input their stores or retail locations by name, location, and open positions. Additionally, they can set a threshold for vacancies, above which the store is assigned a "high" priority level. This priority allows the store manager to bypass the need for the HR team’s approval to publish a job description, which often gets delayed due to the HR team's busy schedule, enabling faster publication.

This module speeds up the entire collaboration process between hiring managers and store managers, ensuring that stores don’t fall below their revenue targets due to staff shortages, reduces time-to-hire drastically.
