Once we have published job posts and started receiving candidates, and if I use StepsConnect as an ATS without integrating our own, the Talent Management module allows us to easily reach to the shortlist and collaborate with our colleagues, reducing significantly time to hire. The shortlist is created based on the killer questions added during job post creation and based on our AI, which examines the resume for previous experiences that matches the job description and requirements. The idea is to provide an immediate shortlist and enable a fast hiring pipeline management to our clients. The candidates I need to call are readily available to me, and new candidates for screening are immediately visible. If I open the details of a CV, I can easily change the status, get an AI review of the CV with suggested interview questions, information about when to contact the candidate, and quick commands to scan the QR code with our phone and call the candidates directly. I can view the history of applications to see if the candidate has already received a rejection feedback from a colleague in the past, so we don’t waste time. Comments from other colleagues and the activity history are visible, allowing me to collaborate with my colleagues and see what they have done on the same resume. If I have enabled applications via WhatsApp, I can view the entire chat here on the panel to the left.

The Talent Management module allows me to collaborate easily with hiring managers and quickly get a shortlist with integrated AI that helps reduce the time to hire.
