The Candidate Rediscovery module allows companies who are using StepsConnect as their ATS, therefore collecting candidates on StepsConnect, or companies that have their own databases on their ATS, to enhance and automate their active search. Candidate Rediscovery module saves me time on the candidates who are in pending, because these are the candidates who didn’t opened the message, and if I call them, they won’t respond. I save time also on those who have applied because I don’t need to call them, and, I saved budget to on job boards. Then, I can conduct my active search by reaching out to candidates who have opened the message or are chatting with the AI bot.
